About Me

Hi there! My name is Kacie Oakman and I'm thrilled to introduce myself as the owner of Golden Day Wedding Co!

I first became interested in the world of weddings after planning my own in 2023. Everyone warned me it was going to be a long year of researching, organizing, re-organizing, and planning. I had the opposite experience and ended up really enjoying the process! From browsing Pinterest to meeting with vendors I absolutely loved seeing the vision for our day come to life.

With my previous experience in planning corporate charity events, I found that I was able to quickly pick up on the logistical side of wedding planning. The difference for me was that weddings allowed me to also utilize my extroverted and creative personality - the ideal combination!
